Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one email account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the mailbox account you want to redirect mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
